The problem I see with this theory is the logistics of poisoning water across the world seems like a hell of a lot of effort compared to engineering a contagious virus that spreads on its own.

Had the same thought. Assuming he's correct about the cause, how does distribution occur? A city uses hundreds if pounds of fluoride per day just to micro dose water. Plus this doesn't explain contact cases. Assuming also that "contact cases" are actually shared common source such as the almond milk example then we're left with figuring out what the vector is. Maybe ice cubes? There was an ice shortage.

That was my thought . I got COVID with the no taste or smell but only drink well water. I contacted it after my wife got it from someone at work.

It wouldn't even need to be "all over the world"; just a few major cities. Maybe the cities that have bottling plants, Coke products use municipal water supplies.
