I highly recommend listening to him. His critics routinely mistake his speaking on a subject for advocacy of what he is talking about.
Some things he says are dangerous in my opinion. In his first TED talk--What explains the rise of humans?, he (in my opinion) conflates the abstract with the fictitious, going on to argue that human rights are therefore fictitious.
Here are the video and transcript. It should be watched from beginning to end, but the relevant quote begins at 09:18.
Most legal systems today in the world are based on a belief in human rights. But what are human rights? Human rights, just like God and heaven, are just a story that we've invented. They are not an objective reality; they are not some biological effect about homo sapiens. Take a human being, cut him open, look inside, you will find the heart, the kidneys, neurons, hormones, DNA, but you won't find any rights. The only place you find rights are in the stories that we have invented and spread around over the last few centuries. They may be very positive stories, very good stories, but they're still just fictional stories that we've invented.
He is not saying in the video you posted that the jabs are a method of biometric surveillance. It is the COVID-19 pandemic that is/was being used as a pretext to legitimize efforts to monitor people internally. Smartwatches with biomonitor functionality, infrared face/body scans, and smartphone apps that let you share your symptoms are a step in this direction. A step further would be cameras that can detect minute facial-muscle movement and clandestine software embedded in operating systems and device drivers that check things like how hard you tap the touchpad or your use of language to gauge your mental or emotional state.
His concern is that it is becoming technologically feasible for algorithms to know your better than you know yourself. He asserts that governments and corporations want this and data is becoming the most valuable asset.

He's a dangerous, predatorial psychopath who needs to be destroyed.
