Its hard to see but im facing generally west (wall of the house is facing south). Why is the moon so far north over Central OH? (media.communities.win)

I thought the moon was 20 degrees to the ecliptic max? And the sun set towards the south.

The angle of the moon is not static nor simple;

The sun? Well yeah, dude, the earth's axis is tilted. Of course, the sun sets in different longitudes. If you really want to learn something cool, take a power squadron (boat) course and learn basic navigation. It's fun if you take a community course, get to meet people with boats.

i didn't show the address, it's very dark, picture is almost as grainy as a UFO sighting. we'd need a forensics expert to find this house.

The point is, it is not a good idea. Those experts and sophisticated computer systems exist for that purpose. I agree that as long as you are not a target, it won't much matter - but it is still bad practice.
