DEEP, adjective - "low in situation" + STATE, noun - "to be fixed"

Allegory for lack of comprehension within perceivable aka darkness (ignorance) towards enlightenment (ones comprehension of all perceivable). Life isn't fixed; but moving towards death; hence representing formed growth potential (comprehension) within flowing loss of potentiality (perceivable).

A little clearer..just like government (control mind); deep state doesn't describe a suggested institution, but those falling for the suggestion thereof. Consent to suggested information allows those suggesting it to govern your mind; while your ignorance towards perceived inspiration puts you into a deep state.
