This is a lovely way of encouraging people to grow some food. I think it means war is definitely a possibility.

I read that much of Europe is experiencing a cooking oil shortage. Lots of people forget to stock up a little extra. Also things like salt, spices, trash bags, paper towels, baking soda, etc.
