Clinton Global Initiative just opened back up and they're doing something horrific in Ukraine right now. I'll bet a lot of that $14 billion congress sent to Ukraine will end up in Hillary's bank account, and she will probably use some of it to pay that lame slap-on-the-wrist fine.
