They are sticking their dick out on this take over the world plan, meaning they are confident they are winning this war against humanity that started generations ago. They are using all weapons against us. Example, I think x22 is an AI, telling and leading millions in their thoughts. A robot, going nazi, is not the evil AI they are capable of. Just my opinion.
