It is an Ukrainian National Guard military order from Jan 28 2022 to create some "tactical group number 4" from different military units of Ukrainian National Guard and Ukrainian Army with deadlines during February 2022 with the purpose to enlarge presence of Ukrainian National Guard in Donetsk and Lugansk regions for protecting storages of 80 batallion of paratrooper assault group of Ukrainian Army and fullfilling special tasks in Donetsk and Lugansk regions.
Looks like Ukraine prepared to invade DPR/LPR in February, but they do it since 2014.
I'm not very into Ukrainian military abbreviations and English military terms, but If you need exact translation of some part, I'll try to make it.
Don't see Zelensky signature. As I understand there are a lot of signatures of those who acquainted with that order. Order itself is from second-in-command of Ukrainian National Guard headquaters Vladimir Kondratiuk.
Not a Russian here, but decent enough with Cyrillic languages to work with the text. Which, mind you, is in Ukrainian-Russian, what with the iotas and all, but still mostly understandable.
In short, it's basically a list of preliminary tasks and objectives, by date, to be performed by several brigades and associated forces - in terms of logistics, propaganda, coordination etc. - concerning the Donetsk and Lugansk regions. In general it reads like "by this date, such and such armed units will be organized and supplied at such and such location". I'm guessing it was a strategic suppression plan, meant to prevent the secession of the regions into their own republics.
For me this was arduous. I checked the headline and it was like: "national guard of Ukraine". Then later orders from commander brigds (highlighted bit). That's all i put through the translator. Agree it needs someone who speaks the language
If I was Russian I would have already translated it. I don't know what is said but I do know the website that posted it said it was proof of Ukranian plans to attack Donbass. I saved the pictures of it before that that site was taken down because when I tried to archive it the pictures were removed from the archive capture so I figured that could mean they are important.
Where is u/CrazyRussian when we need him?
I'm here.
