I took a look at this. I would like some better evidence.
I noticed the zoomed photo of the paper cups has water bottles, one of which with what appears to be a UPC barcode on it.
I have been to many conference rooms with bottled beverages provided, and they are almost universally locally-sourced, even when cheaper alternatives from nearby regions are available.
Identifying the bottle or cap--even a partial read on the barcode--could tell us where it came from. The closest I could find is a green-capped Ukrainian brand:

Here are a few sites with bottled water from Poland and Ukraine. The popular American brand of bottled water "Poland Spring" complicated searching for this. Using Yandex gave me far better results for this than Google. I have not tried using Ukrainian, Polish or Russian words.:
