It is bizarre. The whole Nuland disclosure is bizarre too.... it would be spot to release it that East unless it was by design. She's not sloppy. They want fear porn about Russian bioweapons.

I kinda doubt the NSA would title their video, 'America "have" no idea what's coming'.
