Here are some details I was able to transcribe:

140 ectoplasmic samples related to things such as bats missing
Walter reid refresh center received thousands of samples
correlation with increase in measles in Germany
correlation of increase in polio cases in Ukraine
correlation of swine flu in Ukraine
correlation of outbreak in Africa similar to the plague
WHO told Kiev to destroy samples
US lead the research in Ukraine
Ukraine was told by US to destroy samples. Nuland confirmed this.
seems to violate article 1 of 1975 treaty on biological disease research
230 leptospirosis containers were destroyed, 30 with the plague
articles 5&6 of biological defense convention
