What are these for? Why do they need so many biolabs?
I guess gain of function for SARS wasn't good enough so they had to also weaponize every known pathogen.
I kept saying it was US intelligence organizations that covered up the origins of COVID-19. Fauci never lost his job because the deep state keeps him in power He funds the deep state biolabs like a modern day Josef Mengele.
To me the number of labs indicates that it's for weaponization and nor for research purposes. This would explain proliferation. Each one can only manufacture so much. If your goal is to have X doses per year and you can manufacture Y per year you need Z labs where Z=X/Y.
