You guys didn't get the point.. IT'S A DIRECT THREAT TO RUSSIA.. by stating that, he's probably saying they could release another bioweapon .. In this video a russian general talks about tuberculosis aswell.. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oSXRYl9LNPA
