The leaked contracts between Pfizer and nations stated that the nation is liable to defend Pfizer from lawsuits. If Pfizer is not happy with how the nation is defending Pfizer, then Pfizer can take over the legal defense and write limitless bills for the legal defense to the nation.

I'm not sure if this whistle blower suit would be covered by these contracts.
