I see so much stuff about health here, yet the US is 80% fat and obese. I really doubt the 20% that aren't fat are here, as I watched the 2020 riot streams and saw how many underweight pussies are communists.
Think about that for a minute.
They don't actually need to poison you when you willfully poison yourself and blame the people making money masking your symptoms.
There's not a drug they can prescribe that'll make you get off your ass and put the fork down. Obesity is linked to literally every cause of preventable death (other things can cause those issues but Obesity causes them all)
Because of this, I can't take anything serious in this vein.
Yeah, I've researched this. Every time people bring up fluoride as being a poison, or toxic substance, I continue to remain extremely skeptical of their claims. Their claims are not backed up by science. I don't think they understand chemistry. Whether something is bad for you, or not, is dependent on the quantity. This is why terms like PPM, or PPB, is important. How much fluoride is being used? That's important. Fluoride is a natural substance that can be found in nature. It is only harmful when consumed in excess, and drinking regular, potable water, won't do that to you.
I've travelled to third world countries where they don't fluoridate their water. The people there are no healthier, or smarter than you, or I. Generally, their teeth are rotten, and in poor shape.
They're probably no healthier because they pound that canola oil. Fluoride just adds a little to the overall degradation. Studies show lower iq in children.
Reverse osmosis is the most sure fire way. I bought a fluoride testing kit and test all kinds of stuff. My reverse osmosis filter gets it all out. Then if I make black tea with it, it is higher than my crappy, plain tap water. I didn't believe that tea had it until I tested it myself.
I live in an apartment and had no issues installing the RO under the kitchen sink. Our water is nasty. Higher than EPA recommendations on a lot of stuff. I'm a geek and have a very sensitive Geiger counter. My filters are fun to test when dirty. We have a bit of uranium in our water.
RO (reverse osmosis) water filters. They install near your faucet, starting around a hundred bucks to the more fancy expensive ones that re-add minerals, you can find em online. Easy to maintain too, only need to service once every couple of years.
They're quite common in less developed countries with dirty water supplies but a sizeable middle class that doesn't want that shit unfiltered. Works for fluoride too.
Don't use the cheap charcoal filter faucet attachment and jugs, they don't get fluoride.
That post a few days ago about water being alive, changing particles with your emotions had me thinking, maybe flouride changes water molecules in your body to something shitty.
Now the focus seems to be on fat acceptance or fat is fit. Some rando dieticians posted some stuff basically saying fat is just a word.
I used to be fat but I finally did something about it and lost 75 pounds about 5 years ago and I’ve been maintaining a weight of 170lbs by initially following a low carb diet. IMO the push to accept being fat will lead to more unhealthy outcomes and more need for treatments ($$$). I don’t understand how our science is so awful lately, they say the science is settled in one case but in another the science has changed, so what is it now, being at a healthy weight is white supremacy?

Berkey filters, expensive up front cost but well worth it. They'll even purify highway runoff from rain
Thanks brother ill look into it
Berkey water fitters. They have an add on filter specific to fluoride.

There wouldn't be left one single rock on the surface of this planet if they would know a way how to press Dollars from mountains.
