Measures was not imposed by COVID-19. They was imposed by real persons with exact names and addresses.

That shitty liability shift "by COVID-19", "due to COVID-19", "COVID-19 restrictions" should not distract anybody from real persons who try to hide behind that "COVID-19" nonsence now, when their hoax begin to fall apart.
