Here is my reasoning:
Harris is very unpopular as VP.
Biden is falling apart mentally.
Midterms are coming up, as well as the halfway point of Biden presidency.
Originally many thought the plan was to prop up Biden in his seat long enough that Harris could be President for the rest of Biden's term, then have 2 terms after. But, Harris is very unpopular, even among Democrat voters. So she is unlikely to win 2 elections, or even one for that matter.
Going back to the Supreme Court- Breyer is stepping down and it has been announced that the replacement will be a black woman.
So what if they plan to put Harris on the Supreme Court, so they can replace her with a more popular VP that would finish Biden's term and win again in 2024 and 2028?
Harris spent most of her career in various legal and prosecutorial positions, so she is legally qualified to be a judge, and she is 100% Dem establishment, so she would make rulings as the Dem establishment wishes.
Her current problem is she is awful with public relations, which is a major issue for the Presidency, but a non-issue for a lifetime Supreme Court appointment.
TLDR Dems plan to kill 3 birds with one stone.
-
They get their black woman on the Court to satisfy the voters
-
said woman is 100% establishment and will make rulings as they say
-
moving her to the court allows the VP position to be filled by someone that actually stands a chance of winning an election
What are your thoughts?
Why does everyone overlook Nancy Pelosi. She could never get the votes for president but she will be installed. Why do you think she is staying around for another term when the Dems are positioned to lose all power?
It doesn’t really matter. Biden’s handlers are going to nominate someone so despicable, so traitorous to the constitution and the Citizenry of the USA, that it doesn’t matter if it is Kamala or any other black looking, woman looking automaton.
Rest assured, this traitor on the SCOTUS will continue ruling against your best interests for many decades to come.
I think it's pretty commonly accepted even in the mainstream that Kamala is in the top 3 or 4 choices.
It saves the dems all of the potential issues with replacing Biden on the ticket in 2024.

Yes. This is a known theory. It also enables them to shuffle Hillary into the mix.
They won't do it, because they keen Kamela as a tiebreak vote on a Senate that is split 50-50.
I still think Harris stays so she can be president. The first woman of color president angle is something they've always wanted to use. They have their "wise Latina" already on the Supreme Court. If they had wanted Justice Harris, they would have picked Abrams as VP and let Harris fade away until now.
