Blood is mostly water, probably a reflection of light when it is aerosolized by God only knows how many bullets. You can see how the sun is shining against the car’s direction by looking at other reflections.

Look at these frames . It's not from sunlight. Start around 317

Nope. It’s from sunlight. Look at the parallel reflections in the same straight line on the guy’s head in front and in other places in the photo. There are multiple reflections in the same areas of the straight line. You know... like in physics?
When you shoot things they do not glow like that.
Have you ever shot a watermelon with a .223?
Look at the slow mo at the end of this video. https://rumble.com/vhnex1-watermelon-shooting-and-watermelon-shatter.html Now see the plumes of aersol/vapor. Now imagine a beam of sunlight going through it... it would appear to “glow.”
Look into Oswald’s past and history, there’s where the real conspiracy lies. Read Jim Marrs’ book. I don’t appreciate this low-effort shit, floating drone aliens did not Kill JFK.
Why was there not a bright reflection beforehand?
Shooting something doesn't make it become a reflector.
