It's goolge AMP (Accelerated Mobile Pages) links. Google store their own version of pages "for faster access and comfort of smartphone users" on their own servers under their control and force them if you search something from mobile in google. As usual, it is just an ordinary attempt to take over non-google content under some absolutely fictional "user/developers care", just like other shit like Cloudflare, AWS and other centralized "better/faster/safer access" man-in-the-middle "services". Avoid that links, remove that "google.com/amp/s/" part from them. There are plugins for browsers to do it automatically.
