How do you know it's fake?
How do you know it's true?
Instead of viewing level in degrees (low vs high); question it as balance with you (choice) as the response in-between, Then exchange tolerance to others with choices as a response to balance aka adherence (need) or ignorance (want).
This isn't a conflict about tolerating others; but about how long can the few deceive the many to ignore perceived balance for suggested imbalance?
As for offending the imbeciles...within balance; ignorance tempts insolence.
