Sounds like a college student wrote it and has an interest in GPT-3 + deep dream or just used a bunch of premade tools and is a full blown script kiddie....
I was almost willing to give it a chance and dive into it a bit more until I read the terms of service.... - either a scam or a joke

The second beware is a link to another timer page with Latin saying a third of the stars will fall - biblical - I haven’t successfully translated he bottom text other than turned it from Greek to Portuguese to English which gives me “excon exam exam”
