If you have a good ESG rating then folks like BlackRock ($9 trillion, called the "fourth branch of government", run by a Jewish man named Larry Fink) will make sure they get investment money if bailed out. If you don't have a good ESG rating then your competitors will get investment money and shareholder revolts, etc., may happen.
