Wikipedia's terrain theory page redirects to a "germ theory denialism" page, but they still have a "miasma theory" page. I've been just recently studying terrain theory also. I'm sure germ theory is half truth and lies, but will need more time to uncover this side of things. Rabbit holes are everywhere and never ending.
