As the title says, I believe this is a recruitment dispatching system for their hivemind.
I think this is where they can collect karma when needed, meet the basic requirements, and then they seem to have "the rule" which is mentioned in their description.
Don't forget to flag your NSFW posts, follow reddit's site-wide rules, and say no to racism
I see a lot of accounts which make a post here and get rediculous upvotes, but then they troll in other places.
This is interesting.... hey just as a suggestion : I don't have the reddit app installed, and when you view your link through a browser, it blocks you and tries to force you to use the app.
Instead if you use old.reddit.com/whatever it doesn't give this problem. Also doesn't display ads, so less money for them. Just a suggestion.
