So, the request was filed AFTER Trump wished her well.
And there is no mention that the request was actually APPROVED.
Is that true? It took me 10 seconds to find the first time Trumps infamous well wishes were reported... at 9:37 pm, July 21, 2020:

Note that it says "just in" indicating the moment had happened not long before it was reported. Making it much more likely that the request was filed BEFORE, during court office hours.

When all that happened was a lawyer requesting it which means nothing. Lawyers can request whatever the fuck they want, that is not binding to anyone.
