That's another variant of the theme, but it doesn't play to their control agenda plans.
If they kill the Unvaxx rebels, and save the healthiest vaxxed, then they have the control population left. Saving unvaxxed and killing off mostly vaxxed doesn't make a lot of sense for them and their plans.
But yeah, your version is likely as well, can't deny that. Just can't see the angle there clearly.
