Jews doesn't recognize NT as scripture, so they could freely attack NT & Christianity. Although the verse contextually was directed to the Pharisees, that verse could be directed to Christians themselves, especially those "Christian Pharisees". Hypocrites are everywhere, religious or not.
BTW, if they think that verse is antisemitic, they have antisemitic verses in their Tanach. The predictions by Hebrew prophets about the destruction of the Temple, for example, could be categorized as antisemitic.
They hardly recognize the Old Testament as scripture. The vast majority of Jews consider the Talmud “oral Torah” to be superior. Which has incredible views in it, which could easily be described as Semitic supremacy, pedophilic, and super questionable.
Jews still celebrate Hanukkah but they’ve also almost entirely removed the story from their texts. Jews don’t keep Maccabees 1-2 which is where it comes from.

There are sources of Hanukkah in Oral Torah (https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Hanukkah#Early_rabbinic_sources), probably the Jews copied it from Maccabees.
