God I hope it gets struck down, but I don't have confidence it will. The courts seem to be operating on the idea that the shot is safe and effective, which is demonstrably false per the CDC's own admission to the heart risks related to the shot. The ones appealing must establish that there is risk to these shots if we have any chance.

Even then, SCOTUS is bought and paid for if last year is any indicator.
