They also say this about VAERS in the US and the Yellow Card system in the UK. Do you think those criticisms are valid? Do you find all online petitions to be invalid because people are able to create multiple email addresses?

I don't think it is a joke because one can read it and consider what it says. We do not rely upon the number of signatories to determine its validity.
