Huge spike in dead athletes, coming from induced myocarditis in those who exercise and strain a clogged heart, and also pilots at altitude after enough high altitude exposure (enough trips).
I doubt the vaccines are designed to differ between batches; it doesn't go with the plan. I'd look at region of manufacture for QA inconsistencies. There may be saboteurs in some of the factories.
