This movie aged better than Joe Biden from 2020.

Carpenter touched upon genuine truths. I remember, when I was a film student and he spoke to us, he noted that the establishment / Hollywood really didn't like his calling attention to things, and he was in effect shut out for ten years after that. And for the power structure to do that over what is just a grade B movie speaks loudly that it hit sore spots.

Hard to really believe he wasn't an insider when so many other movie directors were killed off for a lot less. It's just predictive programming. They aim to reveal parts of the reality but also to add more lies, so the public still think it's fiction.

Although Carpenter was famous for Halloween and I guess The Thing, he wasn't in the upper ranks, such as Spielberg, as far as the Club is concerned. So on one hand they didn't take him seriously, but were annoyed he was biting the hand that feeds Hollywood (bankers for one). So he was ostracized for a good long time, although was not annoying enough to be killed off. (Now Mel Gibson, however, pissed off the Tribe, and he was bitchslapped plenty for it.)

A second factor is that Carpenter pissed off both the Democrats, who infest Hollywood, and the Republicans, who weren't keen on anyone criticising corporations. He was viewed as politically subversive, and the good ol boys can't allow that (though Jane Fonda got away with kissing North Vietnamese ass 10 years earlier).

Exactly as I was saying. Compare it to Rik Mayall, who got killed off for a movie that most people don't even know that exists.

I get it, you are trying to defend him because he is not proven to be from the elite. But add that he made horror movies, he clearly had insider knowledge, he added lies in his movies, he lived to old age, etc. Do you really think he was trying to give us insider's information about the elite? :D Cmon... You cannot be that gullible. Research predictive programming and you will get why are they showing parts of the truth in movies. If you want to believe Carpenter was a good guy, be my guest. It changes nothing for nobody though.

Well, let's say he had insider knowledge from his keeping his ears open around Hollywood. I think he wasn't 'connected' in the sense of being a pedo (he's adult hetero that's all) and not in the sense of being corrupt and willing to do anything to get ahead. He took what he learned and made of it some predictive materials but not like the elite who deliberately release their plans so they can claim we consented after hearing them. And he's not in the Tribe.

I've heard him speak and my feeling is he's genuine and not a Hollywood phony. But he's enthusiastic in a rock musician way and wants to give people some revelations but is not a fanatic crusader. Yeah, I believe in him.

I don't judge you. We can agree that your opinion is not insider knowledge about his life and neither is mine. Perhaps he gave some great advice for your field and probably other great advices in general. It's good that you have a sober opinion about him and don't idolize him or something like that, which is perfectly fine for me.

What the fuck? I don't idolize people anyway. My 'opinion' comes from having met him and heard him talk about things, unlike some Internet remote observer. And back in the day, I read discussions about what happened to him and why, over the movie, and those upheld what he said to us in a small convention audience.

Insider knowledge? I physically heard the man talk about his life, and the industry, and what goes on in it. That beats some guy on a website opining vapor.

just a grade B movie

"Grade B" implies evaluation by choice of suggested value by others. "Movie" implies motion picture aka captured momentum. The few suggest fiction to idolize the ignorance of ongoing reality.

As form (life) within flow (inception towards death) we each represent choice (form) within balance (momentum) of motion (flow). The few corrupt our understanding thereof by suggestion of motion pictures.

Actually no, there are magnitude scales. When I identified it as B I was giving the scale not the moral value.

Before you can give (suggested value) you respond to perceived value. Free will of choice represents the response to dominance of balance for form (life) within flow (inception towards death) aka free-dom.

Balance represents ALL perceivable value; choice represents ONEs evaluation thereof...others represent inspiration to respond (need) and temptation to ignore perceived inspiration for suggested information (want). As in...information (from within form) and inspiration (from within spirit; spiro; to breathe aka adaptation as form to flow).

Everything you believe to be identifying for others was shaped by choice out of everything that already exists. IDEN'TITY, noun - "sameness"...each ONE (form) represents a differentiation out of the same ALL (flow). We are not the same; each of us is different from one another aka nature self segregating ALL potentiality into individual potential to allow growth (form) within loss (flow).

Question if morality doesn't represent suggested restrictions upon behavior (sin); but responsibility (response to) as unrestricted choice (free will) to dominating balance (momentum of motion)?

i believe carpenter was inspired to write they-live because of the subversive-psyop television sign-off sponsored by the CIA.
