This whole push will have 1 of 2 outcomes. Either that culture will become less violent/aggressive (civilized) OR civilized cultures/society will dissolve into more violent/aggressive tendencies.

I'll ask this: Who here has ever worked alongside a disgruntled coworker? Was it easier for you to bring them up or them to bring you down?
