The people are losing even if they appear to be winning.

This is also exactly what happened in the Khmer Rouge regime fallout. They can already collapse an entire nation and completely prevent it from recovering USING THE SAME TACTICS USED IN COVID WORLD (!!). What makes you think the same can't happen worldwide?
