No, but it certainly seems to be the case that there were more adverse effects after the second one, for example the Myocarditis rates after the second one were higher than the first. (Supposedly.... I take all stats with a huge helping of distrust.)
I haven't seen any stats showing decreased birth rates in Ontario yet.
