I’m leaning towards PCR errors until more details around methods are shared.

Most of these viruses are RNA viruses
I think some viruses are so common that basically everyone has some fragments of them floating around in upper respiratory - may not indicate illness
no evidence the person took the vax which is best theory as to why ADR is occurring
