I believe it is possible that they want to make people not just in American, but all over the world lose all faith in their "leaders" in preparation for a period of chaos and upheavals so they will be able to implement a whole new system, a system where all the non jews will beg to be ruled by their jewish masters and accepts all the "special" rules they will bring in.
