How is it you're so mentally ill you can't understand it's even real, when men were sailing entire fleets around the globe, using those sextants, for hundreds of years?

they didn't work,

You haven't explained how those men used sextants to derive longitude and latitude,
for the past 300 years, through today,
to sail all over the planet,
when sextants don't really work,
when men trusted with entire fleets the cost of the GDPs of entire nations,
for 300 years, used them because they did work.
