Pretty much, Canada has the lowest emission oil production in the world and Cuckboy Castro Jr buys it from the Saudis and VZ instead then charges us carbon taxes. I can’t see them shipping barrels of oil here in containers though unless it was already refined specialty lubes.
In all likelihood the same guys that own all the oil companies (Blackrock Vanguard State Street) also own the shipping companies and more importantly the goods being imported. No goods? High demand. High demand? Higher prices. There was never a lumber shortage, just market manipulate by the black hands.
