There is definitely a shadow when he leans back which makes no sense because where her hands are clapping she would certainly have smacked him in the face.
Yeah that's what I thought too. He doesn't even flinch as the hands approach his field of view.

I think its an illusion by multiple shadows. But why for the love of all thats holy is the US seal blurred out?!?
