They always need a manufactured crisis when it's time to do a reset of the debt-based monetary system, with the end result being greater power and control. It's no coincidence that the Covid psyop coincided with the impending failure of the repo markets in Fall 2019.

It's for the exact same reason why WWII and Communism exists.
It's simple, really.
They will deal as much damage to society as they could before they are taken down and this is their purpose. And enough damage that the consequences will last for at least a century.
Cambodia is just their plan in one country and when it gets out of the tunnel it is a 3rd world hellhole even in 2018.
Now imagine the rest of the world.
