Good vs evil aka a conflict of reason (want vs not want) caused by consenting to the suggestion of others. How does nature communicate towards your perception what is good or evil?

What came first...good; evil, the suggestion of another about what is good or evil; the choice of another to shape perceived sound into words (good; evil); which he then suggested as meaning to others, or perceived sound?

Could you describe the good and evil states of perceived sound?
