Nope he said exactly what I heard in addition to other context regarding the right and Republicans believing such, which is true, he is just admitting it in front of the fake news now as the military has instructed the actor to do through his ear piece.
On October 21, 2021 Bidan spoke at the 10th Anniversary celebration of the dedication of the Martin Luther King, Jr. Memorial in Washington, D.C. where he finally admitted in plain sight that he is not in charge of the Presidency by stating, "I am not your President, Donald Trump is still your President" as heard in the following clip.
