Also remember they can cover up by ADMITTING vaccine failure (Regardless if it's one or more mind controlled assassin(s) killing someone and triggering a stampede) and it doesn't need to be this alone.

If this happens, it's pretty much annihilation worldwide. Whatever that is not the vaccines will kill en masse in the flashiest way possible.
