Not even worth killing, especially after 4 billion already dead, most youth already illiterate and most survivors too depressed or insane to recover from the trauma.

Lock them as fast as you could in this whole 12 months. The upcoming 5 months is your deadline before your fate is sealed like the Russians of 1918.
