Nobody talks a out diversity in the NBA. The argument is that they need the most skilled candidates for the job. Now apply that to the corporate world. Since most corporations are unable to find qualified black executives, they create bullshit jobs like diversity director with a whole staff and fill those ranks with blacks, rarely any Asians, Hispanics or god forbid, white people.
