OpenAi learns everything you put it to learn, that's why it is called an artificial general intelligence. The way I understand it, AI still has to be programmed, there is human input at the beginning of it, so at the end it's just doing what you tell it, with some liberty but it's just code. Moving memory contents around will never compare to real human intelligence.

I agree with you on that point. But the masses of mankind may be genetically shaped to follow leaders if we judge them more capable than us to handle survival issues for the tribe. The problem is that we have evolved to societies that are so complex that it is tough for any one leader to handle them. And the very idea of a one-world government is completely foolish if not arrogant. The elite think they can pull off a kingship of the world and rule. It would be a disaster.
