Or they are throwing us a bone so we get our hopes back up again for 2024 and the cycle continues where we trust in the system rather than realizing the Federal Reserve must be thrown out as we have been enslaved by globalist bankers after we lost the Civil War.

We basically are prisoners voting for the warden and trusting our votes are being counted fairly by the guards.
