The few make a suggestion (dinosaurs); the many consent to it by either wanting to believe it (true) or not wanting to believe it (false). Afterwards the many will be in a conflict of reason (want vs not want) among each other about if the suggested is true or false.

This is called division (reason) by suggestion and it doesn't matter what the few are suggesting; only that the many are consenting to want or not want something suggested.
