If enough people leave, yes.
The problem is corporations gleefully hopped on ahead of time to weed out 'non-compliant' personnel, and have a convenient scapegoat in Biden. That's corporate America for you.
Then you have the public sector where the mandate is quite real, and most do not have the luxury of protesting, except those in unions, or the ones that paid off Biden and Newsom, such as the Postal Workers Union, and Prison Guards Union in California, which shows it's purely politically-driven, amongst other goals.
It could be ruled out at the higher courts; but by then, the damage has been done.
I think it's only going to stop once people and their children begin dieing in the streets and at schools, due to the heart-related/blod clot-related issues that can appear shortly thereafter; or up to few years later.
By then , again the damage has already been done, and then the public's outrage and anger will be manipulated, like it was after 9/11.
I agree with most of your statements bar this part.
The only way this end is when 4 billion all over the world is wiped out in the form of lockdowns that supposedly end for a month but were infinitely extended to curb the spread, and many of them will die to speculation-induced starvation (government permission is required to buy food), suicides, depression and/or cannibalism or other diseases (latter usually because you were sent to a quarantine camp).
The anger against the vaccine mandates will be sufficiently manipulated to 1. ensure the loyalists enforce the lockdowns unopposed and 2. to justify the narrative of personnel shortages during the lockdowns. You do not see this in the rest of the world because they are waiting for you.
