This is just 2 sets of footage edited together and the sound track from the film set footage laid over the "moon" footage.. This is not how the Moon landings were filmed. They were done on a closed set in a studio, both using short people (not Buzz or Neil) in astronaut costumes, and also 30 cm-ish scale models that posed for the photos on a scaled down set. The models were even animated in the stop-motion technique in some footage. If you want to learn how it was all done instead of watching this bullshit:
